Yo tech watup
Ive got a pain in the ass situation for me...im really tired of gettin moded against so im gettin this stuff down now
i had sofmod deluxe installed on my xbox...then i went to restore the microsoft dashboard...i need to know if theres a way to get back into the evo dashboard without reinstalling it again...and i cant find a way to get the softmods actually on the xbox...im only puttin like auto aim n full auto...nothin too big...let me kno

I'm a noob at this modding stuff. I just installed a new HD (80GB) in an xbox using this tutorial: http://www.how2xbox.com/harddrive.htm . I followed the directions perfectly(at least i think so) and it works great with ftp and many apps/dashs. I have at least 2 probs. I can ftp anything I want but cannot get games to run. Halo2 is on the HD (F) and Evox will start it but it hangs after I press start. So I decided to put the orig disc in and run it that way now the orig does the same thing. Only have 1 other game disc(007) to test with and it runs fine. Oh one other thing, I had previously(before HDD install) done the 007 audio mod(mordens or something like that). Hope I didnt mess up :(

hey i can softmod my xbox and stuff but when i FTP the map back i click overwrite and then i boot up my box when i go to that map on halo 2 it says I FAILED TO LOAD THE MAP. How can i ftp right
bother said winnie the pooh, as he chambered another round.

Yo, tEChniiQue, if you get a chance. So, I have two Xboxs, I downloaded mods on both, one worked, one got so screwed that all it says now is Call customer service in about 6 languages (with the light around the eject button glowing red). There is a number on the top left of the screen in white, 16. I was told this number helps. I've also decided that this Xbox will not have mods, so all I want to do is get the Xbox back to normal. The Xbox responds to nothing except the pwr button. If you need to know anything else, just stick it on the thread. Appreciate it. Bye

Yo, shooK on3, I only cheat against other cheaters. that's my policy. Oh, and shooK on3, Tiki Guy is a legit account, who sometimes gets angry and no-scopes teammates in the head for 5-10 games in a row. I think i'm gonna make a montage about that soon (just got a capture card). I'll send you a FR (not a challenge to 1v1) later this week. Out.

hey is there anyway of softmodding your xbox without splintercell and mechassault (i don't own these games) or do i have 2 go buy one of them?

@ micky. It should work either way, just make sure there is enough memory. The Xbox I modded correctly used the Max Evo. The other one should be okay.
