Screen shots? There is nothing there, the program just NEVER even appears in the window, but according to my cpu, its taking up a lot of it and it is running. I got the newest version of the shrink, something with the .16, im sure i got the newest one. my pc stats are 2.2 ghz. 40gigs hard drive, and 126 mb ram. so i don't think its the computer either, but i'm not sure, and i have Nero 6 installed, the newest Nero version. so i really don't know whats going on, please help me....

As @andmerr suggests, perhaps a screen shot or two from Task Manager, one of 'Processes' and one of 'Performance' would be a start.

I downloaded the DVD Shrink v3.2.0.15 from this website, and for some reason as soon as i start it, my ram is going nuts, its going on a performance of 100%. i can't figure out how to put the screenshots into this message box, i know how to capture it, but just pastin it in doesn't work? but anyway, my cpu goes to 100 immediatly after i start the program, but the program never pops up..it just dramatically slows down my computer

As andmerr & n0v0n pointed out your ram is way too low. You also have background processes that run that take up your memory. Has shrink ever worked for you?
To post an image you'll need host/upload it at a site like these:
http://www.imageweb.info/
http://www.imageshack.us/
When you reply - the info on how to post a pic is there.

most encoding programs will require 100% of your system resources, so if you are attempting to do other things then your system resources will be shared among all the things you are trying to do.

Once you have used snagit and saved your pics as jpegs. You will need to upload them to a free web hosting site like IMAGEBUCKET.once they are on the image site, just right click them and copy and paste the address or url inbetween the [img]......[*/img]but make sure you dont have the *

hmm...well but all my other programs work, like converting a dvd movie into a DivX or vscd, and i never really had problems with my ram, but DVD Shrink never worked for me,as soon as i start it, it just never shows up. here is a screenshot of my processes as soon as i turn the DVD Shrink on http://img2.imageweb.info/viewimage.php?file=/img2/Mh505800.gif and here is a screenshot of my performance when i turn it on.. http://img2.imageweb.info/viewimage.php?file=/img2/c5O06051.gif

Both shots show cpu at 100%. You are maxed out on ram. Shrink recommends a min of 256mb. You can disconnect from the internet and shut down McAfee & try again.

InCD is packet writing software and allows you to format a CDRW for use as a large floppy, you can download directly to it or use it to edit documents. It only uses rewritable disks and they must be formated. If you plan on getting rid of it use the Nero Clean Tool available from http://www.nero.com.
