DVD Shrink Halt System

Hi everybody, a couple days ago a use DVD Shrink to copy the Disc One of Season 6 of Friends, now I'm trying to do the same with disc two, but when the process is around 70% done the computer halt.
I try many things:
-uncheck the option of optimization in DVD Shrink
-I decrypt first to HD
-I try with DVD2One and it halt too.

then in some many tries I get blue screen with atapi.sys error dump memory.

I have winXp Pro with SP2 P4 3.0 GHz HT processor and 512 MB

so I try in my Win98 becouse I have dual boot, It took 1 hour and several minutes but It did not halt.


So, any have any idea what could I do to fix that?

PS: I'll try with disc one over winxp and it halt too.
I'll re install DVD Shrink and It did not work eigther.

I will appreciate any but any kind of help.

Well i was gonna say check ur specs but u have listed them and they seem to b more than enough juice...

Ive done a google search on this issue basically i search the following:

borhan9, I really appreciate your quickly response.
The last thing that are probe last night with disc 3 was check the option 'Run backup in low priority mode' of the Shrink program directly from the DVD drive with the Quality Settings checked and Maximum Smoothness set, and hopefully it work.

Also, I will read the links that you sent me, and try to run without low priority option set.
