dvd shrink freezes when i hit the backup button

i have windows xp. i backed up two of my dvds, but when i tried to use shrink again, it just kept freezing up. shrink works fine until i hit the backup button, then it just freezes. i have tried dvd shrink 3.1 and 3.2, with the same thing happening each time. This is driving me crazy!!

Im running XP windows everytime i run DVD Shrink the program starts up fine until i use back-up and it freezes and shows not responding in Task manager. Ive also got Nero rom6, DVD decrypt, and also running RUN DVD in the background and that works ok, even when i done it in dvd decrypt and open the file and do the same process it freezes up when using back-up??, PLZ help me out?

Do you both have InCD installed along with Nero? I had some problems with shrink when I first started using it. Can't remember exactly what the problem was, but after uninstalling InCD it worked fine.

Make sure you have the latest DirectX installed and do a Windows Update.
