It will not install with Windows Vista Beta 2. Build 5219.

Welcome to the forum. Since Vista is in the beta stage alot of programs will not run w/ it for now. The companies will have to change some code to get them to run. That said did you keep your old OS. Suggest you partition the HD and operate 2 OS's. You can then tell the computer which OS you want to operate from when you do a boot.
Shrink will not be updated as he went to work for Nero.

You might also see if there is a compatibility mode that you can use in Vista that tells the computer to operate the program under another OS version. XP-Pro has this and I would think Vista included this also

I have 2 hard drives. One I use for my computer use. The other is for experimental things such as Vista. DVD Decrypter does work with Vista. DVD Shrink doesn't install. I am sure there are lots of bugs to work out. I cannot get a Virus program to work. I don't think MS is going to omit all the Nortons and AVG.
