dude i so played the 360 today. to let you all know, dont expect ANYTHING great. the graphics were nice and all but no more than my year old pc can do. although, the shaders were nice and the colors were pretty vibrant. the controler seemed too small and the trigger buttons were so high that my index fingers started to hurt. the back and start button are now in the center such ans sonys controller. i mean i like that and all but it takes away the uniqueness. the vibration felt nice tho, id have to admit, but all around i wasnt that pleased.

Your kinda right annubus i noticed that the controller didn't feel right i kept reaching for the the start and select button on the left and what tha hell is them two top trigger buttons for this is not a supposed to be like a playstation controller. no damn individuality (anymore).
if you keep gettting a killing spree try getting through me

the controller is very nice in the end, you will get used to it
and also the shoulder buttons are probably going to be used prodomently in fps, used in perfect dark zero for 2nd and 3rd functions on weapons, right back trigger for shooting, left back trigger for zoom

Yes! This is a Halo 3 thread. Only someone with little or no intelligence would talk about Xbox 360 in here, especially when there is another thread specially placed for Xbox 360 related discussions. Now shut up and talk about Halo 3.

are you supposed to be able to dual wield swords on halo3 i saw a clip of a guy dual wielding swords and another guy shot at him and it said hold x to block and he blocked the bullet i just wanted to see what you guys thought of that you think its true?

Wow anubis66, 3 threads is hardly alot. Many people here recieve dozens of emails a day saying a thread has been updated. Sorry if all you care about is Halo.

dang thats a heck of alot of email. i dont think i have ever recieved that many.
and not to enter yalls fight but annubis said,"wow you check that many threads. you have a life?" yet he obviously wouldnt have a life either because he took the time to post his comment on alot more threads then im sure mkaseatgb checked. sorry things like that bother me. idk y.
u can also find out about the arbitor by quite possibly inserting ur halo 2 disc into ur xbox and maybe play the campaign. lazy ppl also bother me. BUT if u dont have H2 then im sure u might not be looking hard enough for ur answer OR i really shouldnt care until u get H2 or H3 in the future.

well although i didnt have aprblem with annubis , i can understand you guys problems, but unless we want this thread closed lets get back to our halo 3 chat.
and im just wondering when halo triligy is over what will happen then?
i know halo 4 is stupid, but will halo 3 be the end of the halo era (2000-between 2006 and 2010)

If you are talking about the one that was posted almost a year ago, then yes its fake, just a very early script from Halo 2. If you are talking about a different one, then I have no idea ;)

I figured that you werent talking about the old script, since you know your stuff on Halo 2. I havent seen this script earlier and certainly does look authentic. I only read the first few pages thought. I assume that the people talking are the Forerunners? I really dont want to read the whole thing, since if it is real it will completly ruin the Halo 3 storyline :/

Yes the people that are talking are the forerunners. I have read the majority of it; however since it is over 200 pages i haven?t read every single detail. Bungie announced a week or so ago that the Halo 3 script that is circling the internet is a fake. This could be true; however i doubt that if it is real they would come out and say so. This would damage their reputation etc.
There are bits of the script that do sound unprofessional. Various parts read as though they have been written by someone with a wide knowledge of language, but some parts are very badly written. I won?t mention what they are because this may spoilt the story, if it is proven later that it is real.

even if it is real bungie would change the script cause they wont want the game ruined
