Never depend on a code from them. Sometimes they take hours and hours before you ever get answered and they are bad about giving wrong codes. If you can't get an answer here quickly, click on the link below because I try to do 3 sites at once and sometimes I get caught up. I'm glad to see that the code worked for you on the 1st try here.

If "code error" was your message, try a different sim. It may be unlocked already. If it is still locked, try the code again and enter it slowly.

Please, everyone stop putting slashes in the IMEI # This does not help us at all!! It slows us down or makes us not want to even do the phone at all. Please, no ///// in the IMEI # just 15 digits in a row with no spaces or slashes. Thank you!!

I tried both the codes and it's now says that it can't undo restriction. I think this means that i have tried more than 5 times to unlock it.
