The correct code for you would have been the one below but if you entered all of those others, you have probably gotten the message "can not undo restriction" and if so, it's hardlocked to Cingular.

what did it say?? still restriction on??? have you tried other codes before, if you have exceed 5 tries before, the codes won't work.
