Hey, I am having a problem burning this one disc...I have figured out that it is the disc that's the problem as others work. My problem is that it says an exception has occurred...blah blah blah, then the parameter is incorrect. This problem hapenns at exactly 100% of the encoding on Shrink and even after using decrypter first.

Usually when i have a problem and its the disc, it says cyclic redundancy check, cause the disc is dirty. This disc (six feet under) is not dirty and I dont know what the problem is. Thanks to anyone that can help its really frustrating

Is the error code you got the one below:
"Programming Error - Exception occurred - The Parameter is incorrect."

If it is did you rip te disk in file mode all of the disk or did you use iso mode. You should use file mode all of the disk. DVDDecrypter was aware of this error and a fix was going to happen but he had to cease operation.

You might also try DVDFAB Decrypter to rip the disk to HD or you can use the trial version of AnyDVD along w/ Shrink

Hi, Yes that is the error I get and I am ripping the disc in file mode with decrypter. If its not that error the other one i get is programming error - the handle is invalid. It occurs at 63% and 100%, one or the other. Maybe I should try ISO mode?

I take it you had no errors in DVDDecrypter when you ripped all of the files to HD. If you are using the newest version of DVDD then that should have taken care of both errors.

Try DVDFAB Decrypter ( software at the top ) and have that rip it to HD.
What is the name of the movie you are trying to do?

There was no error with DVD Decrypter, but it didnt change with Shrink, I think i have the newest versions but ill check into that. The disc is Six feet under, first season. If there was no problem with Decrypter, does that mean there shouldnt be a problem with Shrink? Thanks again

I did that disk using the same setup you are using and had no problem. You should have no problem using Shrink
