ok i did everything but it says i faild to load the map i was told that i just gotta resing the map and i did but still nuting happens!!!!can u make ne suggestions

Im trying to add items to my maps, now i know how to exchange items for other items in the game but i want to actually add new items to my maps. For instance since i know how to get outside of ivory tower i would like to place a stair way or crates or whatever outside the level so i could go outside and just walk around, dont tell me it cant be done i played with a guy on Kai and he had a ladder on acension, where you could walk out and around everywhere. If its possible could i get a link and explanation to accomplish what im trying. If all else works i would like to try and add warthogs and ghosts to the top of coag, or burial mounds. Please help me out.

hey ok well i have downloaded the .net frame work and uninstalled it then installed just incase it errored but it didnt, i havent been able to install dot halo, it says it is not a valid application
any ideas on helping?
did i not download some thing else that i need to?

try downloading the 2nd part of .netframework if u haven't. . . if u have try installing it from another site

yes u have to have the first .netframework n then u have to go back n find the 2nd part of .netframework otherwise dothalo n some other HMT (halo modding tools) might not work

k, well il name off the .net frameworks i got
.net compact framework 2.0
.net framework 1.1
.net framework 1.1 hotfix
and last of all .net framework 2.0
so i need to go find .net 1.0?
