You people keep going back and forth and saying that PS3 will beat Xbox 360 in power and everything by looking at the specs but if you think in the past Sony promises alot more than they can handle they said there would be alot of good things in the PS2 but they didnt have that stuff and was alot better than the actual PS2

not sure I understand where you went on the last sentance. I'm a strong believer in the xbox, however, I think that sony has promise. The game selection will no doubt be better (minus halo) and when you think about it without Halo where would xbox be?

I'll buy a ps3

@p4_tt the xbox360 will be running @over 9ghz currently a pc can only run at about 3.6ghz so the xbox 360 will be better for playing games.

9ghz well that's pretty damn fast :P but can you upgrade a xbox 360 or a ps3 when new hardware comes out? remember dual core cpu's are coming into use, although there's not any dual core applications there will be in the future so when the time comes the dual cpu's will be running at something like 4+ghz each so there not really that slower than the consoles and graphic wise the PC has always had the upper hand.

you can upgrade an xbox to run @1.5ghz so maybe when new hardware comes out you might be able to upgrade the xbox360.
