Purchased DVDXCOPY PLATINUM back in January 2005. Just got around to installing it this past weekend, (Don't ask)
Having difficulty to activate prgram.
Sent email to DVDXCOPY International asdirected but not heard back.
How do I get program activated???

your probably out of luck ,i would use a different program as x copy has been off the market for quite some time now a CANT do the newer sony movies ,its just a way outdated program ,try some others

dvd shrink and or DVD Decrypter (freeware)

better stuff

CloneDVD 2 with AnyDVD (WHICH I USE)

heres some links and gudies to use the programs

remember to use good blank media as in Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim and burn at 4x max.

Thanks appreciate the info.
Seems like 321 is gone and no support available anywhere from what I can tell.(Unless anybody knows anything different)

Does anybody know about DVD 1 Click Copy and it's new Pro version?
Also any feedback from anyone tried/used Video Vault for DVD Back-up???

I too had Xcopy once but have moved on. If you want to spend money then spend it on AnyDVD and CloneDVD they are the best money you will spend. The programs are updated and AnyDVD can crack any protection going. Clone will compress and burn you movie and has great reauthoring capabilities. The package is only 60 bucks and if you use the AD coupon you get 10 off.

the 1 click quality isnt as good as CloneDVD 2 by a long shot and even with 1 click you will still need too run AnyDVD in the background to remove the protection from the movies and CloneDVD 2 works best with AnyDVD the combo will run you 49 bucks this month till the 15th type in "afterdawn" where it asked for a coupon code

I had replies from helpdesk@xcopy-intlsupport.ca and after supplying my license, details (lots of original purchase details) - they gave me 3 activations. Initially I was still getting an Error 8 when trying to activate. (Error 100 seems to be one they can not assist with and is 'fatal'.) Finally the activation worked. You can also check your license passcode/file at http://secure.smarterimage.com/solo/customers/forgotpw.asp. To be sure your details are still on their web server from when 321 Studio closed. I can now at least use the xCopy Platinum - although I am considering something new for Faster copying and latest ripper aids. Will spend that 100 usd later..
