I just joined the forum tonight and I'm hoping someone can help me with my problem. I'm using dvd shrink 3.2.0.15 and when I shrink a dvd it shrinks it (usually a 45 minute process) and once it finishes it starts all over again. So my shrinking process has gone from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. Help!

under the quality settings tab in the backup dvd box... make sure the "perform deep analysis" box is unchecked.

Are you sure that the first process is not the analysis? Mine always does a deep analysis first, and then the encoding. Can take up to 35 minutes depending on the movie. Of course I have a fast system with lots of ram.
