cant get dvd shrink to work!!!!

i have this real messed up problem with dvd shrink. i had it on my pc about a month ago and worked great! pc crashed, i wiped h.d. clear and reinstalled windows xp w/sp2 as i had on my pc before. problem is i d-loaded dvd shrink and it will not run. it draws my pc way up to 99 percent and basically locks it up. dvd shrink never comes up. any solutions, ideas? id love to figure it out that is for sure.

What were you running befor XP?

What are your current system specs?

How much Ram do you have?

DVDShrink is very CPU intensive and will take about all the system resources while it is running. Make sure that you are not doing anything else while using.

i was running the same operating system xp with sp2
i have 1 gig ram
amd athlon xp 2800 processor
120 gig hard drive
nvidia 128 6600gt video card
everything is the same hardware wise as it was when DVD Shrink was running.
i dunno im lost on this one.
