hi all this is wierd i can not down load shrink on my new puter running xp all i get is note pad with junk in it , but one old running ME i can down load it just find open install everything . i have tryed to email to new one too same thing any one seen this before?

Make sure your firewall setting are not keeping you from downloading. I have XP and do not have any problem downloading at all. It has to be a configuration setting of some sort.
