Can Any one tell me why when i used dvd x copy platinium it took about a hour to burn a movie but with shrink it some time take3 hours

It could also be that you have Deep Analysis checked along w/ the AEC settings checked

Xcopy was a straigh one pass transcoder.

Shrink on the other hand has the "deep analysis" function which allows for a second pass to enhance the quality. Doing a second pass will most definitly take longer. But for some cases,like when heavy compressionis needed, that extra pass is well worth the time it takes.
