Audio stream problems with shrink

I rip A DVD with shrink, and selected only 1 audio stream. After the rip is complete. I have two streams 1 is empty and 2 is the one I want.
The thing is this. I use DVDsanta too make from a ripped PAL DVD a NTSC DVD. But by DVDsanta I can not select witch audiostream to use, It automaticly selects number 1. How can I fix this?? Please help

I found that my empty stream is actaly DTS, but I tried like ten suggestions to NOT rip stream 1 or to reneme it via IFOEdit. But not to any luck.

Please help
