How do you shrink a dvd which is larger than 4.7gb?

You set the target size in DVDShrink to Custom and 4300.

You can find this information in the guide for DVDdecrypter and DVDshrink in my signature block.

Try to clean the disc real well. Sometimes fingerprints, smudges, and scratches will give you trouble.

For troublesome discs you can try DVDFab decrypter (free program) which can sometimes rip the disc when others can't. Download it from this sites software page.

Taxi had no special encryption on it...DVD Shrink by itself, or DVDD and then DVD Shrink if you prefer.

Make sure the disc is clean and not scratched as 9mm said.
