Need help on Shrink To5 software

I'm recently using Shink To5 to copy my DVD's. There some things that I noticed when I use Movie Only mode, and Deselect other language subtitle (rather than English). I have the following problem

1/Enlish subtile feature can not be activated when play back my copy on a DVD player.

2/The main menu no longer there (I think I know why)

After that I use Custom Setting mode. However, I need to know how to recognize what file is the main movie, and what file is bonus ( to get rid of). On some movie I like to keep the movie making feature but not the movie preview part

Please help me out.
