Welcome to the forum. You need to try the 21 day trial of AnyDVD and use that w/ Shrink. Then you should not have a problem as the error code you get means Shrink can not decrypt the movie but AnyDVD will help Shrink get over the hump

You d/l the program and install it. There will be a Foxes head install on the Desktop and in the taskbar. You insert the DVD in the DVD-Rom wait until the foxes head in the taskbar turns red. When it does then open Shrink and now you can copy the movie

you mean it appear a red fox face on my task bars is it in the right hand corner...

is it appear automatically or i should double click it?

Yes it is in the lower right taskbar and it should appear automatically if installed correctly

I had a problem with backing up Two Brothers And Pearl Harbor. I have AnyDVD And DVD Shrink. I get the cyclic redundance error message. any help out there?

You will have to purchase it after the 21 days for it to work

Try cleaning the disks real well. Make sure it is the most updated version of AnyDVD. If it fails again then it might be a bad press

I did Pearl with AnyDVD and Shrink and it came out great. I did put it on disc 1 and disc 2 though.
