new dvd shrink error

hello everyone I am new to this. I have been using dvd decrypter and dvd shrink for a little while and recently I have a new error. it has happened with the last 5 movies so i don't think it is a disc problem.
I first decrypt the movie with dvd decypterthen i open dvd shrink and try to open the file to shrink.
this is my error
dvd shrink encountered an error and cannot continue
Invalid data in file "C:(the movie i have used dvd decrypter to decryptand now have on my hard drive) this error happens when i try to open it to shrink it for nero to burn.
I am not sure what i have done wrong or what i have changed... it was working fine last week.

Something may have changed in your settings somehow. Follow the guide in my signature block for DVDDecrytper and DVDShrink and you should be up and running again.

ok so i decided to check more movies and it is only on a few that tis problem is happening and they just so happen to be new movies. It is not decrypting them so that shrink can do its job.
i tried many different ways but the problem is in the decryption. any ideas??? by the way thank you very much for your help.

yeah download the software dvd region ssc its a free program and work with anything!! even xbox games and ps2 games i burn new movies all the time and its the only software that does it! its 100% free
