Can DVD Shrink retitle/rechapter ?

I've used DVD Shring to rearrange the sequence of chapters in 1 title.
It's fine after re-author, but the chapter became the title, ie I move
the 15th track to the 1st one, this track became a individule title
after re-author. Is there any free software does retitle or rechapter
for VOB merge, like Mpeg tools' Merge/cut in TMPGEnc ?

i do not know of any free tools except for IFOEdit might help i think, dont know how to use but it may help...

you shouldn't rearrange files unless you are going to create your own menu for them otherwise everything become jumbled...
