Four Brothers & DVD Shrink puzzle

A few days ago, I ripped the movie "Four Brothers" to my hard drive using DVDFab Decrypter. No apparent problems.
Today, I was going to make a backup, but when I opened the files in DVD Shrink (3.0.2.15) in Re-Author mode, the movie is not shown under Main Movie, just some short extras. In fact, there are no Titles over 14 minutes shown on the entire DVD.
In the Full Disc mode, the movie is in the Unreferenced Material section and can be previewed.
I have not had this problem before with either DVD Decrypter or DVDFab Decrypter with DVD Shrink, so, am I missing something?

Skylinc,
I ripped that movie tonight w/ no problems. Re-rip it and see if it does it again. I used DVDDecrypter w/ AnyDVD to rip to HD. Maybe DVDFAB Decrypter had a problem w/ it. Try the rip again

I did this movie yesterday using only DVD Decrypter (ripped in file mode) and then main movie in DVD Shrink, nothing special that I could see...AnyDVD not needed.
The old faithful one, two punch of DVDD and DVD Shrink is all it takes.
@Skylinc
As car.mike suggested, rerip...use DVD Decrypter in File mode and make sure that you select all files.

Make sure it is in color and see if they can draw in a DVD burner in the cab for you to use as you are working
