DVD Shrink Error Message

Please help, I have been using dvd shrink and dvd decrypter to make backup files of my dvd movies and have not experienced a problem until now. It is giving me an error message which reads as follows:

Programming Error - exception occurred
The Handle is Invalid

Did I do something wrong, I did use dvd decrypter first to decrypt and then dvd shrink to resize and the last method is using Nero. Can someone please help.

Post your latest Nero log file. Make sure you edit out the serial number.

You will find the log files in your Nero history folder. It will be a .txt file.

Open it and then copy and paste it in a reply window.

It is not even making it to Nero to perform the last step of burning. However, I have one silly question, where can I find the history folder in my Nero. I have looked everywhere and cannot find it, please forgive my ignorance when it comes to the technical things in life. It is not making it through the backup phase of DVD Shrink, in fact it doesnt even make it to 2 percent.
