Help me please, problem with shrink

I am having a problem with DVD shrink. Everytime I put a blank dvd in to begin the encoding process, I get the following error message:

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
Failed to read file "E:\"
The wrong diskette is in the drive
Insert %2(volume serial number: %3) into drive %1.


Now in the past I have made many, many sucessful burns by using DVD shrink but I have no idea what the problem is. I've always used Maxell blanks and have never had a problem with them. Now when I put a Maxell in, I get the above error message. I've even tried using different blank media but I still get the same error message. Anybody had this problem before?
