I use DVDdecrypter to decrypt some of my movies because DVD shrink sometimes fails.

After DVDDecrypter creates the movies files, I use DVD Shrink to open the files and burn.

The problem is that DVD Shrink creates a temporary set of my movie files which takes up way too much room.

I can't use DVD Decrypter alone to burn the DVD because its too big and needs compression.

Is there a way that I could make only one copy of the movie files and still be able to burn the DVD successfully while using DVD shrink and DVDdecrypter? Is there any other free softwares that would work better? Thanks for your help guys!

Well thats about 8-10gb of room you need...how big is your HDD? Can you remove anything to make more room? DVD work takes up space!

I'd get AnyDVD and have it running in the background. That way you could just open Shrink and proceed. You won't need two huge files. Just one. AnyDVD can handle the newer protections and is a small program.

why people still use dvd decryptor is beyond me....

i use DVD Shrink and DVD Region+CSS Free or any other DVD Shrink programe ans simpl add that programme to the region+css list and hey presto it simple deals with the css coding and you do do the srhink or copying to your hearts content.

so there no worry over space and no rudy need to have to use decryptor .

and yes you can even add all the Nero apps and any other app in the world that deals witrh dvd's to the programe(region+css free) programme.

If you are serious in getting good reproduction of DVD movies, you need a rethink of your space factor. DVD production requires a lot of free unfragmented space. There's no going around this. You can try using DVD Shrink together with AnyDVD or DVD43. DVD Decrypter is not for you unless you want to produce DL.

Locoeng

That has happened to me several times too. If you edit your post as soon as you see it, you don't have to actually edit it, just click the edit button, and then save, it will correct the f'd link.

I think it screws up because AD makes auto links anytime you type in something that they have a link to in their software section, like Nero for example turns into a link. If I type in a link to Nero it tries to link to the internal page but all that www and http stuff screws up the internal link so we end up with a garbage link after AD's cfm fails to parse it correctly.

Editing the message brings up some different cfm code that does not do this I guess. I do php so I don't know anything about cfm so this is all wild guesses mainly....

Thats a really bad explanation!!!!

Sorry
