i haven't got the iso though, i am dumping the game from the GTA:LC UMD disk. I said that i had dumped the game and split it into 2 files because i only had a 1 gig card and the game is bigger than 1 gig. Then i said how do i join the 2 splitted files together to form one iso.

Please read before posting. thnx to evryone else though.

Use WinRAR to put the two files together, after you extract it with WinRAR youll have PSP_GAME and UMD_DATA.bin

Get UMDripper http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/180 and point it to the PSP_GAME folder before
Now you have a choice of what to rip, i just ripped the dummy files ended up being aboout 830mb.

3. Now get UMDGen http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/155 , go to the PSP_GAME and drag n drop the PSP_GAME and UMD_DATA.bin to the right hand side of UMDgen, then go to FILE - EXPORT ISO
You should now have a ripped Iso.

4. Not over yet, youll need that pack before http://tinyurl.com/rotwg
To get this file
go to the page and find the place where it says [PREMIUM] [FREE]
click FREE. It will take you to another page where there is a counter, counting down from about 20. Once it reaches 0 it will ask you to enter 3 characters to make sure your human n not a comp.
Enter the charaacters shown in funny writing in the box and you should get the download. If you still get error, turn off your firewall for abit.

5. Once you have that pack follow the steps inside
step 1, PRX2_0_0 : youve got to extract with WinRAR again, then
look for this folder "PRX20_0" inside PSP_GAME now copy the PRX20_0 from the pack over the one from original GTA if it asks to overwrite click yes.

Now youll need to use UMD Gen again same method as before.
the other 2 steps are self explanatory.

thnx for evryones help did it using command prompt and typing copy/b part1 + part2 GTALC.iso

@ reekoh, there is no way of loading an iso on ur comp through usb cable to play it. You can only play from the memory card. But there could be a way but i very much doubt it and if there is i don't know about it lol.

Only way you can play games is from mem card or UMD disk m8. cheers

newer games will work, but you just need to use umd emulator, umd rebuilder(if splitting) and you need the flash files.its simple if you know what your doing.

YOU win some, YOU lose some, either way I WIN

dont extract umd_data and psp_game out of the iso.
just put the iso in. you're extracting the files inside the iso, thats why it's not working.

you dont extract nothing, at the point where you double click and you see psp_data and umd data, you have gone too far, back out one and use that file and drag it ino the iso folder of your psp
