Not able to use dvdxcopy on my computer

I had my hard drive replaced on my computer and my son's computer. I have dvdxcopy gold Iwas using on his computer , and dvdxcopy platium I was using on mind. Notit is not letting me use either one. So have I just wasted my money because the computer was having a problem. How do I resolved this problem. May be I need a new liscense tell me.

Try this forum for help w/ xcopy:

You also should try some other software that can handle the newer copy protections - there's much better progs than xcopy out there and some are free!
Freeware:
DVDFab Decrypter
DVD Decrypter
DVD Shrink
DVD43

Then there's AnyDVD and CloneDVD which will handle anything out there.
