Need help with Burning Speeds for shrink

Whats yall I need some help on the burning speed for shrink I had trouble with my computer so I had to reboot my computer. I reloaded shrink from the site and It wasn't burning at 8x the speed it is burning at 4 times the speed I tryed to change the speed but the only thing that was in the drop down box was 4 times the speed if u have any info for me please help me!!!

For best results for DVD quality you should burn at a slow rate it also reduces the errors, 4x is the fastest I ever burn at even though my blank media is 8x. On the question about shrink write speeds - have you checked what speed your disc is capable of.
