downloading dvd shrink

Everytime I try to download shrink from any web site, a circle appears w/ a slash through the middle stopping the download, as if blocking it. I can't figure it out. Please let me know how to fix this.

Your internet security restrictions aren't set too high to allow the download are they?

Your computer is not allowing active X. There should be yellow bar appearing at the top that you can click to "allow download".

If you are running Winxp w/SP2, downloads will be blocked unless allowed by you. To do this look for a yellow bar at the top of the page in IE, right click on it and select "download file" (if you do this and the download doesn't start just repeat tthe process to get the download.)

Click the Yellow bar at top to allow download. Hmmmmm..... dificult to understand?

Don't really want to waste any more of my time, but ........

Telling someone WHAT to do is only half an answer, you should also include the WHY component, completing the solution.

WHY: If you are running Winxp w/SP2, downloads will be blocked unless allowed by you. Windows does this to prevent unauthorized downloads that can potentially harm your computer.

Can you see it now?
