Unfortunately I was a naive best price guy and fell into the Memorex media world. I have thus learned you get what you pay for. I am now a Verb for live person. I have a Lightscribe burner so Verb is where to be...
Anyone know if TY's will eventually produce lightscribe discs...

Staple's dvd+/- r in the 25 pack spindle: $7.94
LOL, What a rip-off. All the 25 pack spindles I checked out earlier were made in India,probably by Moser bauer.Absolute crap for 32 cents each.
I hope that sale at OD has the 100 pack spindles of the 8x media. Those are some sweet riteks for 25 cents each.

Canadians
FutureShop has Maxell 100 spindles +/- R @ $29.99 CAD. Suggest going instore as MIJ are mixed with MIT.
BestBuy has Maxell 50 spindles +/- R @ 15.99 CAD. I can't comment on whether they carry MIJ, none in my area.

I'm still loading up on those staples sony yudens that are still on sale. Next town over had a boat load of them.
I just coastered out my first Verbatim +16x MCC-004, UGGH. I accidentally burned it at 4x. I guess 8x from now on while using them on my benq 1640.
Those are canadian prices, Yes?
After the exchange rate,that's a heck of a lot cheaper than I pay for my Office Depot riteks.
blivetNC: Last time I was at Office depot was around the holidays. That store had loads of 100 pack spindles in the 8x speed. I'd be tempted to get over there tomorrow,but takes over an hour-15 mins, and at the other end of that town.

LOL, I'd rather come up there in nicer weather. Say around the middle of June when the blue-gill spawn and walleye season begins!
I would have to get my share of duty-free canadian beer.
Last time I was up there,was 9-11-01 up north of Peterborough, Ontario. Boy did we dread crossing the border coming back.
