DVD Shrink Re-authoring can't open a dvd file

I encountered copying problems with one episode of dvd disc (Total six
discs I copied one to four no problem using nero. The drama title is something like "Smoke and cloud in the capital city"). It crush my nero copying program when I started. So I tried to use DVD Decrypter to rip it to HD but it says "The disc is not DVD", Finally I ripped
it to HD by using DVDFAB Decrypter. But when I tried to re-author it using DVD shrink. The right hand side screen went blank would not show
titles, extra etc.(I first open the file folder, it show DVD Folder
in the screen but when I click DVD the screen went blank). DVD folder contains video_ts and vob file etc in video_ts seem to be good. Can someone tell me what went wrong? Any suggestion will be appraciated.

you mention you used Nero.Can you provide the log file for us to decipher.
