ok i have ran in to this from time to time i use shrink and its on auto on compression and it stays in the red. and the slider is all the way over for the max compression. i was wondering if any one else ever run into this doing the cave use dvdfabdecryter to get it to the hd and this is my 3 shrink trying to get it down to size

Under Edit>Preferences>first tab, what do you have the target as. And what movies are these? Have you tried replacing somehtings w/ stills or maybe re-author.

i have target set to 4400 movie at the time is the cave dont recall the others when it happen. i doing full movie just never had to shrink more then 2 times inthe past the org file was only 7gigs so its not like i compression alot and i take out all none english stuff.
its just not wanting to compress i only able to take like 300 kb off at a time this time i went from 4.82gb to 4.57 gb all the compression i could get

after reading http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/293994 it seems like that sony is making wear u cannt compress the movie

After ripping with fab decrypter process the files thru vobblanker -this should help -then open the processed files thru shrink and do the usual.
Now for the sony bit - nah just need to have the right tools. AnyDVD and CloneDVD are the easiest.
