Install it, run it and use it to rip the files from the DVD to your Hard drive. Just browse to the VIDEO_TS folder on the DVD and highlight it and click ok, for an output location just create a folder on your desktop and choose it for the files to be stored in.
Once DVDfab is done, there should be a VIDEO_TS folder in the folder you created on the desktop containing the video files.
Run DVD shrink and choose open files, just browse to the VIDEO_TS folder created by DVDFab, highlight it and click ok/open.
At this point shrink should of opened the files, click on the reauthor tab and double click on the "title 1" icon on the left, you are choosing to backup the main movie only. Click on the compression tab and uncheck all the boxes except the 5.1 channel english audio selection, click on the backup tab.
If you have nero choose to burn with nero
If you have DVD decrypter choose ISO image and burn with decrypter
