SHRINK PROBLEMS

Just got new computer and the CD burner works, but when I get to the end of using shrink I get a window that reads:
BACK UP COMPLETE
ALL OUTPUT FILES ARE READY FOR BURNING WITH DVD SOFTWARE
LISTS LOCATION OF FILE

Have Nero and have tried to use it and all I get is options for CD not DVD.
Have tried to edit select all and copy to move to Shrink or E dive and get edits:
There are 2 copies of this file do you want to replace - select yes, but does not wortk.

Any hints or suggestions would be helpful - 1st post!

Are you sure you have DVD burner then?

The box lists under optical drives - DVD+/-RW and DVD drives
I just tried to copy from C dive to Shrink and got this edit:
Windows encountered a problem trying to copy this file
