i Put my dvd in and then i press back up it starts like usual but in the middle of it, it just stops and it says programing error

Sounds like shrink can't handle the protection on this movie. Rip the movie to your hd 1st with dvd fab decrypter then open the files and process as usual in shrink. Here's a link for fab decrypter:
