If your fox icon is red in the tray then AnyDVD is working correctly. More than likely your disk is scratched, dirty, smudged or has some other imperfection. Try cleaning it or take it back and get another original.

Try water, window cleaner or sometimes a little spritz of Pledge and a polish will get by the scratches. If this does not work you will probably be better off returning the disk for another.

Wow, I don't think i've ever heard of using some kind of solution, other than a lens cleaner, for CD/DVD surfaces. Is that safe?

I get the same error. It is not a dirty DVD. It is some sort of protection.

I found it!!!
Use VBO_Blanker and open VBO files(I got the VBO files exracted using DVD Decrypter). In VBo_1, 'blank' the third one. It is 0.
Then PROCESS.
Then open processed files thru DVD Shrink and all is well.
