What movie are you trying to ripp? You need first something like DVDFab Decrypter to ripp the movie on the HDD and then use Shrink.

Did you rip the DVD to HD using DVDFAB Decrypter. If not do so.
D/L VobBlanker and run it through that as that will fix the DVD Structure. Then use DVD Shrink and your problem should be fixed
DVDFAB Decrypter: www.dvdidle.com/free.htm
VobBlanker: http://jsoto.posunplugged.com/vobblanker.htm

Definately VobBlanker will fix that problem, just rip the movie to your HD (I use DVD Decrypter ), run the files through Blanker, and then DVD Shrink ...

Depending on what movie is trying to back up. If she/he only uses DVD Shrink to do the ripp on an older movie, might not even need VobBlanker(which is a piece of cake to do any way, not trying to scare you!), but using DVDFab Decrypter might solve the problem.

Extremely IMPORTANT here: make sure you DON'T RUN AnyDVD or DVD43 or any other cracking engines on the background when you ripped the movie (STEALTH) with DVDFAB Decrypter. The same thing apply to when you're "processing" the VIDEO_TS.IFO file through VobBlanker 2.1.0.0 because if you had AnyDVD or DVD43 running, its decrypting engine will fight with DVDFAB Decrypter or VobBlanker when ripping and processing, and you're more than likely to end up with issues like unsynchronized VOB, short/smaller files (GB), missing some parts/scenes, etc. My suggestion is TO TURN OFF AnyDVD, DVD43 or other cracking engines that's running in the background and it will be fine.
Basically, all you need to do is follow these two guides carefully and you'll be free of misery.
To Backup any new release DVDs with DVDFAB Decrypter & VobBlanker method guide by Alkohol http://www.k-probe.com/backup-newly-release-DVD-DVDFAB-Decrypter-... ARccOS or RipGuard issues? DVD Decrypter & PgcEdit (new guide by Alkohol) http://my.afterdawn.com/alkohol/blog_entry.cfm/271 (this is possibly the best method ever to succesfully rip and backup any dvds/movies).
To make a short summary for my "DVDFAB Decrypter & VobBlanker method", here's what you need to do:
<> rip the movie using the latest from DVDFAB Decrypter http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm into your hard drive
<> PROCESS the VIDEO_TS.IFO file through VobBlanker 2.1.0.0 http://jsoto.posunplugged.com/vobblanker.htm <> transcode your final VIDEO_TS file with DVD Shrink or Nero Recode 2 as usual
<> burn your final VIDEO_TS file or ISO file at your desire burning engines
That's it... easy as sippin' on a Corona. Now you don't need to worry about ARccOS or RipGuard ever period.
Best of lucks to all and happy burning!!

Actually, I prefer Heineken over Corona, but I'll take any of them. I just want a different name on my phrase that's all. I could use Hennessey, Vodka, Black Label, XO, Courvasiour, etc.

Okay, coz I'm a Heineken fan, I grew up with it(back where I come from, the 21 y.o age limit doesn't apply, if you're tall enough to reach over the counter, you got your Heineken!) But here in US,the story is different!

Yeah, me too, Heineken hands down. Wow, that's a cool law/rule to get a sip of a beer (Heineken) man. So you saying the age doesn't required to be 21 like the US?

No, i moved to Us from Romania about 4-5 y.o. The law says 18, but really is not enforced, nor do the parents go crazy about it. Everytime we had dinner and my parents had a botle of wine, I'd get a sip, since I was in 5th grade!!!
