This is a problem may have been already discussed. But when I use DVD shrink or Nero when burning DVD's either software can locate my burner but they locate the CDROM.

Hmmmm... all I could think of is to uninstall both of them, then reinstall them back on and try again.

Are you using the latest version of Nero? I think it is 6.6.1.4
