dudes i just found d problem with loadin my GTA.In UMDEMULATOR i dont put a UMD disc inside my psp. This could also affect other people

ok, i think if anything im not rebuilding the iso correctly, can anyone tell me if this is right? open umdgen, click file, then open, and point to the gta iso that i just shrunk with yauris, then find the prx 2 0 0 folder and delete, then drag the prx 2 0 0 that has the decrypted files in to umdgen (replacing the deleted file), then click file, then save, it then generates a new iso, and that is the iso i have been using, am i doing it right?????

at inartim- i just put the iso in the iso folder on my psp, i didnt have to do anything, came preassembled...or maybe it wasnt touched? iono
at piecefull-yeah i noe all the instructions and what not, and i have the mph loader working perfectly considering i got megaman maverick to work on it, but im having some b-i-g problems with the gta iso. ive rebuilt it at least...10x and ive used as many methods as i noe, and its styll not working, and like it all seems correct to me, but when i put it in my psp it goes "this disc cannot be read" when i use the umd emulator, and then those words freeze onto the screen. wtf? im lost

finally got it to work!!! if anyone is having problems with getting stuck at 'game loading' there were 2 things i did, one of them made it work, when using umdgen to replace the prx2_0_0 folder, dont delete it, then drag over the new one, go into the folder, select one of the subfolders (kmod and mod) right click on the first file, select replace, then replace it with the new prx file, do this with all the files in the kmod and mod folders, if it wasnt that method that made it work it was a very simple one, so try this first, delete you umdemulator folder from your root directory, and your umdemulator and umdemulator% folders from your psp/game folder, then simply download umdemulator again and install it onto your psp, and it should work.

Can any1 help me w/me GTA problem? I have a GTA file. it says: GTA for PSP 1.50 WORKING TESTED!.zip. when I open it up. it has the ISO, MPHGAMELOADER, UMDEMULATOR, PSP. when I open PSP then GAME the MPHGAMELOADER & MPHGAMELOADER%,UMDEMULATOR & UMDEMULATOR% is there. Do you know what I can do to make this work. I use a fastloader 0.7v. should I be using another EMULATOR? Please let me know. would really appriciate it.

ye,you need to use umd emulator instead of fast loader, adn install umdemulator and mph loader as u wud for fast loader 7. now place gta iso in iso folder.

ok, i will have to go download that. hopefully it works. I cant check here @ work cuz of restrictions, but would PSPHACKS be the best website to get it from? Also since I never used UMD EMULATOR can I use that to play my other games I used to play on fastloader 0.7? & 1 more stupid question, is UMD EMULATOR the fastloader 0.8v or that is something different

this is what u do..(funny how i noe how to do it but im having alot of trouble gettin it working on my own psp), you place the gta iso in the iso folder in ur mem stick. you also install umd emulator and mphloader like u would for fast loader. now that you have all the neccesary shyt ready, what u do is u run umd emulator,you click on the iso your planning to run. then all of a sudden, your psp goes back to the menu(dnt worry, its alright), now you go and use mphloader, and there you go, it should be working. can you ppl think u can send me the gta iso that you ppl got? just go to yousendit.com, and send me the file, private message me for my email. thanks

is anybody having any troubles playing multiplayer with GTA using this booting method, mine flickers a heap when i choose to join or host a game, and when i select join. it crashes at the searhing screen
