There has been a couple of times that a DVD is too big to fit on one Blank DVD using DVD Shrink.

1) Is there an option to be able to use?

or

2) Both times the master DVD had both widescreen and full screen versions. Is there a way to separate out the one I don't need.

You can have shrink create an iso first and then mount the iso in a virtual drive (ie: deamon tools, Alcohol 120%, nero) and then run it through shrink again like any other disc to compress it even further.

if there's no checkbox that will enable you to delete the version you don't want then you're other option is to go into reauthor mode but you will lose any menus.
