It's not being developed anymore, the latest version is 3.2 and is a few years old.

DVD Shrink 3.2.0.15 is the last version you'll ever see. There's no such thing as new version of DVD Shrink.

I heard fasfrank or someone else (not really sure) say there was a 3.2.0.17 for germany or something but it's actually worst and more of a downgrade.

I heard that the person who made DVD-Shrink is now with Nero making Nero Recode. Compare the two, you'll see!

Your correct - same guy - but I've always wondered when he did go to Nero. I've been using shrink and recode for about 2 years (before the final shrink update) and they have always been very similar.
