i HAVE INSTALLED DVD SHRINK ON MY SISTERS COMPUTER ALONG WITH ANY DVD AND WHEN I LOAD A MOVIE INTO THE DRIVE & IT IS LOADED IN DVD SHRINK WHEN I HIT BACK UP IT JUST FREEZES I HAVE REMOVED NERO & RELOADED & DONE THE SAME WITH SHRINK -HER DVD PLAYER IS SONY DUAL LAYER I THOUGHT BY CHECKING MAYBE ITS THE ACTUAL DVD'S BUT HECK I CANT EVEN GET PAST THE BACKUP- DID WORK ON 2 MOVIES.cAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT? THANKS

Probably thats because of the copyprotection on the dvd.Wich dvd is it?

sorry about the caps...She was trying to burn roll bounce or even walk the line...so i will see if there are any copyprotection on any other dvd that we have a problem with-ususally there are ways around that ie: dycrpter or VOB blanker

Even DVD Decrypter will not bypass the newer copy protections. I would get DVDFab Decrypter, it is more up to date:
