i have ripped my dvd using DVD DECRIPTER then i used dvd shrink tried to open files but came up with error sayin could not find file, so i tried to re auther but when i opened my VTS file i could not see my files!

i want to put this on a 4.7 gb disk! any other progs or info that will help?????

i'm getting very very stressed! :( cheers

Did you rip this in iso mode with Decrypter? If so then go to the File tab in Shrink and choose Open Disk Image to find your file.

I would suggest just using DVD Shrink with AnyDVD. Download the AnyDVD trial for free. Its the best 30 bucks I have spent. Has saved me more then 30 dollars in frustration. Also it is updated A LOT.

prob is i dont have the original disk! trying to back up for a friend who lives other side of world!
i have tried opening disk imadge in shrink and my files cant be seen!
any ideas?

Just what movie are you trying to do, and what format is your file? Do you have VOB files in the proper structure or an iso file?

im a newbie to all this myself but u could just use DVD Shrink to do the whole job i just created a video file in my documents and backed up the dvd to this file after backup is complete it prompts to enter a blank dvd.Nero sems to work well with DVD Shrink sorry if this is no help im really inexperianced.

i have an iso file!!! it the phantom of the opera disk!
as i havent got the disk i cant just use shrink this is the prob i am having!

If you have an iso file then go to the file tab in the program and then choose open disk image then you should be able to browse to where you put the file and open it.
