I just formatted my comp and I have been using Shrink for a long time and this never has happened! It starts the analysis and it gets done then I go to create a image and it starts then it freezes and/or reboots the damn computer WTF?? Anyone??

would you happen to have roxio "drag to disc" or Nero INCD installed ,both can cause problems like that

No. I hadn't installed it yet. But I just tried Cloner DVD 3 and it worked great! Think I will stick with this program for now.

The problem you have is your power supply. You need a new one. I had the same problem....Bought a new power supply....installed it...Problem Solved!

It could also be over-heating. Have you opened your case lately and cleaned the dirt?

DVDShrink is very CPU intensive. Dirt build-up will cause over-heating. Result: Computer re-boots.

Make sure all your fans are clean (and working) as well as the inside of the case. Check for air-flow blockages.
