Problem with dvd shrink

I Noticed when i open dvd shrink it takes long to load up and not only that it was taking long to do a movie...about 3 hours to be precise...i never had this problem before....has anyone ever had this problem? I never had this problem but suddenly out of nowhere its acting like this....

We just worked on this issue take a look here and see if it applies to you.
Look for a DMA solution. Did you check yours?

You could also do the Nero InfoTool check and post that as well. Another thing to try is to just remove and reinstall Shrink. I think that worked for me once.

DMA sometimes reverts to PIO and you will need to switch it back. There are several guides available.
Alkohol has a really good one so if you see one of his posts look in his signature.
