Problems burning cd's since install of shrink & decrypter

Installed DVD shrink and Decrypter the other day on my WINXP home pc and burned a DVD. Worked great.

Now when i drag and drop files to my cd-burner to burn a normal data or music cd I get this error "windows has encountered a problem trying to copy files"

Did Shrink or Decrypter make some system settings changes?

anyone have any ideas?

have you tried to uninstall both apps to see if thats the issue

Sounds like an interference problem. What software are you using when you drag and drop files to burn data and music CDs?
