I HOPE I MAKE YE ALL HUNGRY,THIS IS OUR DINNER FOR TODAY
in case ye want to make the same..
as below
Marinated Pork Chops with Herb Salsa
1. 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2. 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3. 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
4. 3 garlic cloves, minced
5. Freshly ground pepper
6. 6 (5-ounce) boneless pork rib chops
7. 1 tablespoon drained capers
8. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
9. 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
10. 1 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
11. 1/2 (.6 ounce) package basil leaves
12. 1/2 (.625 ounce) package mint leaves
13. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
14. Salt
1. In a large bowl, whisk 1/4 cup of the olive oil with the lemon juice, rosemary and two-thirds of the garlic; season with pepper. Add the pork chops and turn to coat. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
2. Meanwhile, in a food processor, pulse the remaining garlic with the capers, mustard and vinegar just to combine. Add the parsley, basil and mint and pulse to chop. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil and pulse just to combine. Transfer the salsa to a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
3. Light a grill. Remove the pork from the marinade and season with salt. Grill over high heat, turning once, until just cooked through, 8 to 9 minutes. Let the chops rest for 5 minutes, then serve with the salsa.
Yield: 6 servings

Hi to all, hope you still remember me, lol. Just wanted you to know I had a little ticker repair and started recovering from that when they put me on some new med, called Ranexa which caused a severe allergic reaction, head to toe hives and swelling but now got that cleared up and am feeling pretty good. Got lots of catching up to do reading lots of posts, and hope I can make a few contributions. Been missing all you members and hope all is well with you people. Cheers to all of you ......... Pete

If I would have known you got some new sig pics of Adriana I would have got better sooner, what a looker. Besides all I was watching was News progs, and all that Paris crap made me get well. Good to look at a woman with beauty and curves like Adriana.
Thanks to all for the welcome back, you guys/gals are really great and have missed all your advice/info.

Thanks gerry and garmoon, it is good to be back, except now I have to play catchup. Did not think I was gone that long, but in the interim RipIt4Me and FixVTS take a crap and Digital Digest, the font of info, becomes just another preachy site. What a world :o
