DVD SHRINK BURNED TO DVD -RW BUT WONT PLAY

Hi
I used DVDFAB DECRYPTER FOR BACKUP OF MY MASTER AND COMMANDER DVD. NICE IT IS NOW A 6.9GB DVD FOLDER ON THE DESKTOP. THEN I USE DVDSHRINK (LATEST VERSION) TO SHRINK IT....NICE I HAVE A 4.30 GB MASTER AND COMMANDER FOLDER ON MY DESKTOP...I BURN IT TO AN EMPTY DVD-RW DISC WHICH I HAD, IT WAS FORMATTED AT UDF 2.01. I BURN MASTER AND COMMANDER 4.3 GB FOLDER TO DVD DISC WITH PINNACLE INSTANT CD-DVD BURNER (came with the SAMSUNG DVD BURNER). IT BURNS DVD PLENTY OF ROOM, EVEN FINALISES...DISC POPS OUT AFTER ALL IS FINISHED... INSERT DISC AGAIN TO TRY AND PLAY AS A DVD on WINDVD I GOT WITH COMPUTER....BUT ....NOTHING HAPPENS!!! ALL CANT GET FILM TO PLAY LIKE A DVD. I CAN ONLY CLICK ON EACH VOB WATCH IT, THEN CLICK ON NEXT VOB,,WATCH IT,,THEN CLICK ON NEXT VOB ETC ETC. IS THERE SOME WAY I CAN WATCH THE FILM LIKE A NORMAL DVD WITH MENU ETC?? I CLICK ON MENU VOB...BUT CANT CLICK ON *PLAY MOVIE* OR *SCENE SELECTION* ETC.... HAVE I MISSED SOMETHING OR WHAT?? HELP!!!

Would like to help, but I'm having a hard time trying to follow you here, especially the "CAPS". Don't use all CAPS next time, obviously, it's against the forum rule.

Hi thanks for reply so quick...sorry I didnt read the rules!! :(
I used DVDFab decrypter to backup my Master and Commander DVD. That worked great, as I have a 6.9GB file on my desktop called DVD with all the goodies inside. I then used DVDShrink lastest version to shrink the 6.9GBs down to 4.3GBs in a folder I called Master and Commander. All the files are VOBs etc.

Then with my PINNACLE instant DVD writer I have burned this 4.3GB folder of Master and Commander onto a DVD-RW disc. It seems to have burnt ok and finalised ok. But when I put this back up disc back in to try and play the disc like a normal DVD WINDVD doesnt recognise it and on no program does it automatically play....All I am able to do is explore the backup disc..click on each VOB file and watch it (sound is great) but when the clip finishes I have to open the next VOB file and watch that and then open the next VOB....etc how can I get the film to play continuously and get the menu to work like the original Master and Commander DVD??

Have I missed some critical step in all this?

Do I have to use DVDshrink and save as ISO file for the back up to work like the original DVD? Sorry for dumb bum questions,,,its my first go at this and I am not familiar with the parameters! tah
