@blivetNC...nah, Noah built a boat for his critters while I phoned the executioners LOL! I do like the water though. Have you ever seen all those sappy love story movies where, inevitably, they always make love on the beach in the moonlight with the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. DON'T DO IT!! That sand gets in the damndest places and just ruins everything! (I have no idea what that has to do with Noah and farm animals though; my back is sore and I think I've been hitting the oxycontin a bit too hard).
I didn't know they could arrest you for having sex with animals but who files the complaint, the sheep? Bhaaa
@Loco...I never met anyone concerned with the tan lines on their feet. Who would notice? As for moi, I'm getting too old to be concerned with my tan lines (or lack thereof).

Gotta watch the sugar and starches. Cholesterol and triglycerides are too high; I've been on this diet for over a week now and I'd kill for a whopper with cheese, fries and a big wedge of chocolate cake (with Milk, naturally).

It's like I said you will reach that plateau when you will eat what you desire in moderation. How much fun is life without sugar starch(carbohydrates) or fats. Not much left but water.

LOL! Ain't it the truth! I had teriaki chicken from the chinese joint across from the office. It was pretty good too. I've been eating tuna and vegetables all week; I'm getting pretty damned sick of it.
I got some good news last Mon when I went to the doctor. My sugar went down to 110 just from watching what I eat...it was 220 when he first called me. He said Mon that sometimes that can just happen but it seems my liver and pancreas test results say it wasn't; that type 2 diabetes is definitely starting up. I'm sure you know more about that sort of thing that I do. I've got to go back tomorrow...I have to fast and they want to do some more blood tests. Oh well, better safe than sorry I guess!

Yeah Gerry, you have my support and sympathy, in a similar situation, am the only one in my family (Adults) to not have diabetes, my Dad, Brother, and Sister, and sister's cat all have diabetes in one form or another. Working in a pizza place with ice cream and beer makes me the poster child for acquiring diabetes, but so far so good, no signs of it as of yet. From the sounds of it, you may be one of the lucky ones who can control it with diet and excercise alone. I wish you luck buddy and keep us informed.

My bitch of the day:
Work sucked as usual. Only today I (please don't comment on this, I don't want to start anything here about it)got in a fight with one of my co-workers. She was bitchin' at me saying '9/11' was fake and trying to prove it. So that went back and forth for about three or so hours. Then I left because she was being bullheaded about it.
Again, please don't comment on if you think it was a goverment planned thing. I really don't care if it was or not. I just had to get it out of my system.
BTW, LOCOENG - Yeah, pizza is good. :)

My bitch is my favorite Sport Bar/Restaraunt that I visit every week just stuck a closed sign on its door. It was there last Saturday Night when the wife and I went and gone today. Seems the owner is going through a divorce and must have shutdown due to settlement. Just when I had all the bartenders trained, they up and leave me dry. Oh whoa is me :(
